ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy in the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. My research explores how market frictions affect firm strategies in human capital management and innovation. My work has been published in top journals such as Strategic Management Journal and the Review of Economics and Statistics. My dissertation received the Wiley Blackwell Outstanding Dissertation Award in Business Policy and Strategy. I received my Ph.D. in Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
