Hi, I am an Associate Professor of Strategy in the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. My research explores how market frictions affect firms' human capital management and innovation strategies. My work has been published in top journals such as Strategic Management Journal and the Review of Economics and Statistics. My dissertation received the Wiley Blackwell Outstanding Dissertation Award in Business Policy and Strategy. I received my Ph.D. in Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
